Clear, transparent rules governing commission tiers, referred customer benefits, payout schedules, brand usage, and partner conduct for the 4K Natural Affiliate Program.
An affiliate (“You”) will earn commission based on the value of purchases made by the referred customer (“Person B”) using your referral code.
Example: If Person B purchases products worth ₹6,000 using your referral code, you will earn a 5% commission on the eligible sale value.
A customer purchasing through an affiliate’s referral code will receive a discount benefit for their next purchase, based on the value of their current purchase.
Example: If Person B purchases products worth ₹6,000 using an affiliate referral code, Person B will receive a flat ₹300 discount on their next eligible purchase.
As an additional benefit, a registered 4K Natural affiliate who personally purchases dry fruits worth ₹20,000 or more will receive a voucher worth ₹400.
Terms & Conditions: The ₹400 voucher will be issued subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the 4K Natural Affiliate Program.
Commission is applicable only to successfully completed and verified orders placed using your valid referral code. Cancelled, returned, refunded, unpaid or fraudulent orders will not qualify.
Your dashboard can show commissions as Pending, Approved, Paid or Rejected. Pending commissions are subject to order and payment verification.
Order placed and awaiting delivery and payment verification.
Order successfully delivered; commission confirmed and payable in the next cycle.
Funds transferred to your registered bank account or UPI ID.
Order cancelled, refunded, returned, or identified as ineligible.
Approved commissions will be released according to 4K Natural's applicable payout cycle. Affiliates must provide valid bank account or UPI details for receiving payouts. Applicable taxes or statutory deductions can be deducted as required by law.
If a referred order is cancelled, returned or refunded, the related commission will be cancelled or adjusted. If commission has already been paid, the amount can be adjusted against future earnings.
A referral will be counted only when the customer's order is successfully linked to your referral code. Orders placed without the referral code cannot ordinarily be added manually afterwards.
Fake referrals, duplicate accounts, artificial orders, referral manipulation, misleading promotions or misuse of the program are strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to circumvent program mechanics or simulate artificial orders will be flagged automatically by our fraud prevention filters.
4K Natural reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently deactivate an affiliate account in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity, policy violations, abnormal returns/refunds, referral manipulation or misuse of the program. Commission payouts can be placed on hold or cancelled, as applicable, following verification.
Serious or repeated violations, fraudulent activity or misuse of the Affiliate Program can result in account termination and cancellation of ineligible commissions.
Affiliates are permitted to use the 4K Natural name, logo, product images and approved brand assets solely for referring customers and promoting 4K Natural products, including promotion through social media and other permitted digital channels.
Brand assets must not be altered or used in a misleading, inappropriate or unauthorised manner. False product claims, misleading advertisements and impersonation of 4K Natural are strictly prohibited.
Customer information must not be collected, shared, sold or misused by affiliates. Affiliates must comply with all applicable privacy regulations and protect customer confidentiality at all times.
Referral discounts and affiliate vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Eligibility is subject to successful order verification and applicable offer conditions.
4K Natural reserves the right to update commission rates, benefits, eligibility criteria or these Terms & Conditions. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard, email or other official channels.
